Important Signature Constraints for IBPS
The applicant must sign on white paper with a black ink pen. Signatures signed with blue ink are commonly flagged on the IBPS portal. Capitalized signatures are disqualified. The size must strictly fall between 10 KB and 20 KB.
Handwritten Declaration Text & Format
The handwritten declaration must be written by the candidate in English only on white paper with black ink. Text written in capital letters is deemed invalid. The text should read: "I, [Name of candidate], hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid...".
